This amount is not CIP’s official cost estimate for the work, but is the budgetary constraint established for this contract. Submission of a bid under the maximum budget is not a guarantee of contract award and cannot be interpreted as an appropriate or awardable bid amount.

This Meeting will be held at the City of Miami's MRC Building, 444 SW 2nd Avenue, Miami, Fl 33130 in the 10th Floor City Manager's Main Conference Room, on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at 2:00 p.m..
