Award of Contract

Negotiations have been completed and the City Manager has approved the Award of Contract to James B. Pirtle Construction Company Inc., d/b/a Pirtle Construction Company.

The City of Miami, upon review of the submittals has determined that James B. Pirtle Construction Co., d//b/a Pirtle Construction Company Inc., is the most  qualified proposer. The City Manager has accepted the recommendation of the Evaluation Committee authorizing negotiations to commence and to enter into a contract.

Pre-Proposal Meeting: There will be a Non-mandatory meeting to discuss this solicitation on Monday, January 11, 2010 @ 10:00 AM, located at Simpson Park, 55 SW 17th Road, Miami, Fl 33129, in the Community Building. Parking is street level. Due a limited number of seats, pre-registration is required  with a two person per firm limit.
