South Florida. "One minute I was jogging next to
Bayside in Miami and the next minute I was in
Sudden Cardiac Arrest. There was no warning, no
chance to prevent my heart from stopping.
Thankfully I was jogging with friends who called
out for help, and luckily Miami Fire Fighters/
Paramedics were standing only 100 feet away with
a defibrillator. They were able to shock my
heart and got me back. I would have been DEAD
