The Chief of Administration serves as a member
of the Department’s top management team. He
assists the Director with policy development and
manages the department's support and
administrative functions. Administration
oversees the department’s budget section which
encompasses the General Fund, Capital
Improvement Program Bond Fund, Fire Assessment
Fee, Disaster Recovery/Mitigation Funds and
Urban Search and Rescue funds. As part of these
functions, the following divisions report to him
directly: Support Services, Management Services,
Technical Services, Emergency Management/Public
Affairs Division, and Communications. These
responsibilities are carried out through the
leadership of five (5) Assistant Chiefs, two (2)
Executive Assistants, and other administrative
personnel.
