APM 4-82 Use of City Hall Reserving Chambers and Staff Rooms for Hearing Boards Site

Miami City Hall is located at 3500 Pan American Drive in Coconut Grove.  Once in the building, you can enter the Commission Chambers, which has a capacity of 134, on either side of the lobby.  The Staff/Press Room is located toward the left side of the lobby, past the Commission Chambers, in the rear of the building.

 To reserve one or both rooms, you can telephone or send e-mail a request clearly stating 1) the name, 2) the date and 3) the time (beginning and end) of your meeting to one of our employees who will be glad to assist you:

If the room is available, you will receive a verbal or e-mail confirmation.  Both rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If you would like use audio/visual equipment during your meeting, please contact the Office of Audiovisual & Broadcasting Operations  at 305-250-5379.  Audiovisual technicians are available at the facility for assistance.
