The camp is for registered Special Olympics Miami-Dade County Athletes, with intellectual disabilities. The camp sports activities include basketball, softball, soccer, sailing, kayaking, golf, swimming, and arts and crafts.

The camp focuses on social, educational, as well as athletic skills.
The targeted ages are for 14 to 22 years old.

8 week camp  is funded through the fundraising efforts of the Dade Amateur Golf Association and a grant from the National Inclusion Project.

*The National Inclusion Project serves to bridge the gap that exists between young people with disabilities and the world around them. We partner with communities and inclusive programs creating awareness about the possibilities that inclusion can bring.
