The James L. Knight Center is located in downtown Miami on the historic Miami River. This technologically advanced center comfortably seats 4,800 guests and has hosted an endless list of top entertainers, concerts and large corporate meetings. In addition to the main theater, there are two smaller event-style theaters, 26 meeting rooms and a 28,000 ft. exhibit hall which can be divided into 4,000, 11,000 and 13,000 sq. ft. areas. This facility is managed by Global Spectrum pursuant to a management agreement which is due to expire September 30, 2007. The James L. Knight Center is adjacent to the Hyatt. Dinner Key Marina is located just south of the Rickenbacker Causeway, at Statute Mile 1095 on the Atlantic ICW and is Florida's largest marine facility. This modern marina's 582 protected wet slips comfortably accommodates transient, seasonal, and permanent live-aboard guests generating $3.65 million in revenues in FY '05. It accommodates vessels up to 175' and offering amenities such as cable TV, shower/laundry facilities, and pump out service. The City contemplates the expansion of this marina facility to include a managed mooring field with permitting currently underway.

The 225 vessel Dinner Key Mooring Facility lies just offshore of Dinner Key Marina, and opened to the public on November 1, 2009. This facility features moorings constructed of high quality steel helix anchors designed to safely accommodate vessels to 40'.  The facility accepts transient and long-term moorage customers, and offers a variety of services and amenities, including Harbormaster's Office & Lounge; restroom, shower, and laundry facilities; dinghy dock with customer shuttle vessel service; free vessel pumpout service; vehicle & bicycle parking; trash pickup and recycling.

Miamarina is located on the ICW at Government Cut, in the heart of beautiful downtown Miami. Miamarina is designed to comfortably accommodate yachtsmen and their vessels to 250' in our deepwater slips. The 130 slip facility was completely rebuilt and reopened in October of 1997, and is designed with vessel safety and comfort in mind. Miamarina hosts a blend of transient, seasonal, and long-term tenants generating $1.4 million in revenues with electricity and water usage included in our low rates. New restroom/showers, laundry facilities and cable television are among other amenities offered at the marina.

Marine Stadium Marina is located just to the north and east of the Rickenbacker Causeway on beautiful Virginia Key. Marine Stadium Marina is one of South Florida's largest full-service dry storage marinas. Capable of storing 300 vessels with a length to 45' and gross vessel weight to 18,000 pounds, this facility hosts Miami city and county residents, seasonal visitors, and vacationers with boat in tow. This facility produces an average of $1 million annually.

The Manuel Artime Cultural Center is located at 900 and 970 SW First St., Miami, FL, 33130. Consisting of the 970 Building (office space), the 900 Building (a 840-seat theater and a 100-seat lecture room), the Ernesto Lecuona Park and the Mini-Plaza. The daily hours of operation for the Center are from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
