1. I have a street light that's out, I contacted FPL to report this problem and I was told that I need to contact the City of Miami, Public Works Department?
Yes, you may speak to our Chief Civil Engineer, Mr. Juvenal Santana at (305) 416-1200 in order to resolve this issue.

4. I noticed that a tree in my area was trimmed by Public Works. Why did they not trim the top of the tree?
Public Works does not trim/cut the top of any tree (Hat Racking) as this may cause damage to the tree. According to City Code trimming is limited to only 25% of the tree canopy.
