Land Management
Online Access Credit
Card Payment
The Building
Department is happy
to announce the
implementation of
secure online credit
card payment as part
of the iBuildMiami
initiative to
modernize Miami
construction
activity for
citizens seeking a
building permit,
plans reviews, and
inspections. Using
the “Pay Now” option
citizens customers
can search for an
existing transaction
by Building Permit
Number, Plan Number,
and Financial
Transaction ID from
the
iBuildMiami web
application
to make a credit
card payment.
Please note: MRC
(Miami Riverside
Center) 4th floor
cashier and NET
offices will
continue to accept
credit card and
check payments.

Customers on list
will be seen until
each list is
completed.

Effective March 1,
2010 all contractors
with expired permits
will not be able to
obtain new permits,
extensions,
revisions or
inspections until
all expired permits
are revoked,
cancelled or brought
up to date. NO
EXCEPTIONS. To obtain a listing
of your expired
permits please send
an e-mail request to
expiredpermits@miamigov.com.
Your email should
contain the name of
the company and the
license of the
qualifier (ex: John
Doe Co., CGC1111111)
