The Payroll Division maintains the City’s payroll systems, and utilizes state-of-the-art software to process each payroll. In addition, Payroll is responsible for the Kronos, a time and record keeping system utilized in many departments. The Payroll Division strives to increase the efficiency and accuracy in the City’s time and payroll reporting system. This work includes the integration of the Kronos system with Phase II of the iMiAMi project as well as the implementation of iMiami, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), across departments.
