The permits that may be necessary to develop
property under the Miami 21 Code include the
following: Warrant; Waiver; Exception;
Variance; and amendment to the Code (including
text amendments, rezoning and Special Area
Plans). The permits are illustrated in
Article 7, Diagram 14 of the Miami 21 Code (see
below).
In addition, certain
approvals may be necessary to confirm that uses
are permitted uses under the Code, which are
zoning approval (by right), certificate of use,
planning determination, or zoning
interpretation.
